Shipping
All shipping is done by Australia Post and shipping charges on the site are ONLY for shipping within Australia and New Zealand.
Shipping to other countries may be subject to extra charges, which we will notify the customer with before shipping. At this point Urban Archery does not offer express post, however that will be offered in the near future.
Refunds and Returns
If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, we will give a full-value refund or exchange, when the goods are
returned to us in new condition within 30 days of purchase. Goods
that have been damaged, or show visible signs of use, may receive
a partial refund or may be refused refund. Return shipping will be the responsibility of
the purchaser. We'll notify you via e-mail of your refund once we've
received and processed the returned item. Form of refund will be via store credit.
